Refund & Return Policy – Ifty Mart

At Ifty Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure every product is carefully checked before delivery. However, if you face any issue, our Refund & Return Policy will guide you through the process.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You received a wrong product.

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The size, color, or specification is different from your order.

Note: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 3 days of receiving it.


2. Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or worn products.

  • Items without original packaging/tags.

  • Clearance/Sale items (unless defective).

  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons).


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit.


4. How to Request a Return

  • Contact our Customer Service via phone or email within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.

  • We will arrange for return pickup or guide you to send the product back.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
