1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

The size, color, or specification is different from your order.
Note: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 3 days of receiving it.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Used or worn products.

Items without original packaging/tags.

Clearance/Sale items (unless defective).

Personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit.
4. How to Request a Return

Contact our Customer Service via phone or email within 3 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.

We will arrange for return pickup or guide you to send the product back.
5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost.

For other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
